Alan Bratton

February 2007. Mr. Bratton has more than 30 years management experience and has served across several industries including medical devices, commercial real estate, IT professional services, eBusiness marketing and services, commercial printing, and promotional products. He is an experienced turnaround leader and has served as a turnaround Chief Executive Officer of Thoma Cressey Equity Partners. Mr. Bratton served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Global DocuGraphix, Inc. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Connectech Inc., and Hybrid, Inc. Mr. Bratton served as an Executive Vice President of Decision Consultants Inc. He has also held various management positions at Ciber, Inc., Harry B. Lucas Company, Miraplast, Inc., and Johnson & Johnson. His work at Paranet resulted in the company’s recognition by the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurs at SMU’s Cox School of Business as one of the 100 fastest growing privately-held companies in the DFW metroplex three years in a row. He has been Member of Board of Directors for Texas Regional Council at TechAmerica since June 2010. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at C5 Partners. Mr.Bratton serves as a Director of ConnecTech, Inc., Valeo Capital LLC and the Plano Arts and Cultural Endowment, Inc. Mr. Bratton served as a Director of Paranet Solutions LLC. He served as the Board Chairman of Prestonwood Christian Academy. He has also been a finalist for the Ernst & Young, Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Mr. Bratton holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and Management from the University of Central Arkansas.
