Mr. Goldfarb is a Co-Founder of Peaceable Street Capital. Mr. Goldfarb is the Founder and Managing Partner of Orangewood Partners, a New York based private investment firm. Previously, Mr. Goldfarb was Managing Director of Special Situations Investments at Senator Investment Group (2010-2015), focused on various special situations investments
including private equity, distressed debt, PIPEs and public equities across a variety of sectors. Mr. Goldfarb was also a founding member and former Principal of The Carlyle Group’s Global Distressed and Corporate Opportunities Fund (2003-2010) – Carlyle’s special situations investment fund; focused on private equity, distressed debt and equity, sponsorship of plans of reorganizations and other special situations investments across a variety of sectors. Prior to Carlyle, Mr. Goldfarb worked in investment banking at Merrill, Lynch & Co. Mr. Goldfarb is currently a Director of K2 Towers REIT (Chairman), Peaceable Street Capital LLC (Chairman), and Wheels Up Partners. He previously served as a Director of DFI Capital (Engs Commercial Finance), Diversified Machine, Inc., and Permian Holdings, Inc. Mr. Goldfarb graduated from Miami University (Ohio) summa cum laude with University Honors with a Bachelor of Sciences in Finance and Accounting.
