Alan Khalili is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the newly formed Aireon LLC and is responsible for directing all of Aireon’s financial and administrative activities. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate development (M&A and investment projects), risk and treasury management, investment banking and public accounting.
Mr.
Khalili joined Aireon from Iridium Communications, where he managed the corporate development, treasury and risk management functions from 2008 to 2012. Prior to Iridium, he held corporate development roles at both NeuStar and Reuters where he oversaw the acquisition and divestiture of various businesses in the internet, telecommunications, and business information industries. Other leadership positions include investment banking at Credit Suisse and public accounting at Ernst & Young.
Mr. Khalili received an M.B.A from Columbia Business School, a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University and is a certified public accountant.
