Alan Lewis is the CIO and principal of DiversyFund, an online real estate crowdfunding platform.Before joining DiversyFund, Alan earned his law degree from Columbia and spent 12 years working as a corporate lawyer and investment banker on Wall Street. He then transitioned to real estate capital raising and development when he joined JF Capital in
Salt Lake City in 2014. It was here his eyes were opened to crowdfunding, and in 2016 he joined DiversyFund to pursue his goal of democratizing real estate investments for everyone. Over his career, Lewis has worked on transactions totaling, in aggregate, over $41 billion.
