Alexander Lasky is co-founder of Selfie.com. He also founded ADDiCTIVE NETWORKS, a full service digital agency specializing in storytelling and digital strategy, and bthere.TV.
Alexander Lasky is began his career in the film industry when he co-founded The Business, an independent film production company. The company represented some of the
industry’s premier talent, including Larry Clark and Gus Van Sant, for music videos and commercials. During this time, Alex also pursued his own creative projects by producing four feature films, some of which went on to win awards on the festival circuit prior to distribution.
In 1999 Alex focused on creating content in the newly developing video online/VOD world. Alex co-founded and became Creative Director of bthere.TV, a virtual cable channel online that produced and broadcast raw documentary portraits of celebrities including Billy Bob Thorton, Puffy, Carmen Elektra, Jamie Fox, and Paris Hilton.
