She is a board member of several public and private companies, including serving as an external director at ProSeed Venture Capital Fund, RVB Holdings Ltd., Hadera Paper Ltd., Red-Hill BioPharma Ltd., QueenCo
Leisure International Ltd., AIG Israel and Pointer Telocation Ltd. Ms. Rotbard also provides consulting services to high-tech companies. She is the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Doors Information Systems, Inc., and former President and Chief Executive Officer of Quality Computers Ltd. Ms. Rotbard was also Deputy General Manager of the TASE, managing its computer department and operations. Ms. Rotbard holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem
