Allen is a well-known, highly regarded engineering leader in the security market. He adds more than 20 years of software engineering expertise and entrepreneurial experience to the executive team at Co3.
Most recently Allen served as Director of Engineering at EMC Corporation, where he managed engineering activities for several of the company’s
enterprise content management and compliance product lines.
Prior to EMC, he was an early employee and instrumental in launching a number of innovative startups, including serving as the first Vice President of Engineering at Authentica, an industry-leading enterprise digital rights management vendor (acquired by EMC). Allen was also among the first ten employees at firewall pioneer Raptor Systems. While at Raptor, he served as the Director of Technical Services, developing and managing the company’s international support and services organization through the company’s public offering and subsequent acquisition by Axent/Symantec.
Rogers earned a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ohio State University.
