Mr. Cherniak has an extensive business experience in the high tech industry. Over the years Mr. Cherniak has held various managerial positions such as: Board Member, Strategic Consultant, CFO at Implisit (acquired by Salesforce), Founder & CFO at NYS, First investor in CheckMarx (acquired by: Hellman & Friedman), First investor in IceCure
(IPO: TASE), First investor in SparX, First Investor in ApoWiser, First investor in CmyCasa (Acquired by Autodesk), CEO at GRsee, EVP Ofer Hi-Tech/Naiot. Mr. Cherniak had established and mentored numerous start-ups. In his previous roles, he held various positions in Johnson & Johnson (J&J) and TTI Telecom (TTIL) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Mr. Cherniak holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business Global Consulting Practicum.
