Earlier in his career, Lord served as CFO and Head of Investment Strategy at a $120 billion division of Citigroup, and as Senior Vice President of Growth & Investment Strategy at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. His background spans management consulting, private equity, and venture capital, with experience at Deloitte Consulting, Google, Randstad (Corporate M&A), and the Kauffman Foundation’s Venture Capital Program. An active mentor and advisor to startups in the U.S. and India, Lord has been affiliated with Capital Innovators (St. Louis, MO) — one of the nation’s top 10 startup accelerators. He holds an MBA from Indiana University–Bloomington, an Advanced Management Certification from Harvard Business School, and is a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute, USA. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, working out, reading, and exploring new restaurants.
