Andrea Geisser has served as a director since March 2004 and brings substantial expertise in financial management and company oversight as a private equity director.
He is currently a senior advisor to Zephyr Management Inc., a global private equity firm that specializes in emerging markets, a role in which he has served since 2006, and a member
of the investment committee of some of the funds managed by Zephyr Management.
From 1995 to 2005, Geisser was a founder and managing director of Fenway Partners LLC, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to founding Fenway Partners, he was a managing director of Butler Capital Corporation.
Prior to that, Geisser was a managing director of Onex Investment Corporation, a Canadian management buyout company, and was a senior officer of Exor America from 1974 to 1986. Geisser has been a board member and audit committee member of several private companies, and was the chair of the iRobot audit committee for several years.
He holds a B.A. from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy and a P.M.D. from Harvard Business School.
