Andrew Charnesky has extensive experience investing in and advising companies across the technology and consumer sectors. Prior to joining Grafton Street Partners, he was a private equity investor at H.I.G. Capital, a top-performing alternative asset manager, where he was responsible for the due diligence of leading middle-market businesses as well
as transaction execution, financing, and post-closing governance. Previously, he was a private equity investor at Bain Capital. Charnesky began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, based in Chicago. He earned a B.A. in Finance and Economics from Notre Dame, summa cum laude, and an M.B.A. with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
