Andy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Encina Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to starting the firm in early 2014, he spent 12 years in the Principal Opportunities Group at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., where he led the firm’s private equity efforts in the media & entertainment industry, with transaction experience ranging from
traditional private equity to distress-for-control deals. Prior thereto, Andy served as the Director of Corporate Development at a business-to-business software company and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Andy holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
