Prior to joining Revelstoke, Mr. Welch was a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley, where he executed over $90 billion of transactions across a wide variety of industries including healthcare, consumer, and industrial. Mr. Welch began his career in the Strategy & Operations group at Deloitte Consulting, where
he advised companies on demand planning, inventory, logistics, and supply chain management. Mr. Welch serves on the board of directors of RCP Upstream Holdings, LLC, Transport Holdings, LLC and RCP Encore Holdings, LLC. Mr. Welch holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and a M.B.A in Finance & Economics from Columbia Business School.
