Angela Barbee is the Board Director at Leggett & Platt. He was a former Vice President of Engineering and New Product Development for Global Faucets at Kohler Company in June 2018. She is responsible for crafting and executing all aspects of product innovation, development, engineering, and program management for Global Faucets, worldwide. She
leads a team of associates in the US, Mexico, China, India, the UK, and France. Angela joined Kohler Co. from General Motors, where she spent 23 years with the corporation, progressively earning leadership positions in design, engineering, test & development, and manufacturing. Angela serves on several professional boards and has received numerous awards, honoring her contribution to Science Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). Angela received her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Wayne State University and her master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University. She also graduated from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross Business School Executive Education Program as well as the Kohler Executive Leadership Program.
