Angela Panzarella is a Member of the Board of Directors at Transcat Inc. since January 2014.
Previously, Angela was the President at ACM Medical Laboratory (from November 2010 to January 2016), a subsidiary of Rochester Regional Health System, and a leading clinical and pathology laboratory in the northeastern United States and an emerging
leader in central laboratory services for clinical trials.
Prior to joining ACM Medical Laboratory, Inc. in 2010, Angela held various legal and executive positions with Bausch & Lomb Incorporated from 1988 to 2008, where she most recently served as Corporate Vice President of Global Vision Care. Since 2008, Angela has also served as a Consultant and expert witness in litigation matters involving the contact lens industry.
Prior to joining Bausch & Lomb Incorporated, Angela was an Associate at the law firm of Harris Beach & Wilcox specializing in litigation.
Angela earned her J.D. degree from Albany Law School in 1982 and her B.A. degree in Political Science from St. John Fisher College in 1979.
