Anthony is an experienced entrepreneur, attorney, and senior executive with broad legal, finance and management expertise. Currently a partner at Pedley, Millin & Gordinier, PLLC, Anthony works with clients ranging from start-up and emerging growth businesses to mature privately held companies. Anthony is the past President and Co-founder of
China Horizon, an investment and venture development company currently focused on retail and distribution in China. He was a key member of the team responsible for developing a retail distribution company focused on rural China in partnership with one of China’s largest State Owned Enterprises, and he created and managed China Horizon’s clean energy business in China. Anthony is also the past President and Co-founder of Cortiva Institute.
During his tenure, Cortiva grew from a concept to a national chain of 10 for-profit schools with 13 campuses in 9 markets, $20+ million in revenue, and 400 employees. Anthony serves on the Board of Directors of several Non-Profit Organizations. His undergraduate degree in finance is from The Wharton School and his law degree is from The George Washington University Law School.
