Ari Buchler is an experienced and trusted board member, executive and advisor who has played instrumental roles in scaling, transforming and guiding PE-sponsored, venture-backed and public companies to successful outcomes, including Nasdaq and London Stock Exchange IPOs, as well as M&A exits. Ari is on the Board of Directors of Simeio
Solutions, an Identity & Access Management solutions provider, and the Advisory Board of LinkSquares, a fast-growing AI-driven Contract Lifecycle Management vendor. Ari provides advisory services to clients in the areas of strategy, business development, deal sourcing, M&A, company scaling, and executive coaching. He currently serves as the cybersecurity (MSSP focus) operating partner for ZMC (zmclp.com), a NY-based mid-market PE firm. Ari received his Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and his B.A. from Hunter College, City University of New York. He previously served in the Israel Defense Forces.
