Ashit Ghevaria is Strategic Product Line Manager at Calix and manages company’s solutions for Data Center market segment. He has a very strong technology and operational execution background in building and scaling carrier grade platforms. He brings over 15 years of
experience in areas of Software Engineering, Project Management, Product Management, Customer Support, M&A due diligence as well as Leading large development teams in China, India and Europe. Prior to Calix, Ashit has played variety of Leadership roles at Ericsson, world’s largest Telecom equipment provider. Ashit served as Technical Lead at early days of Entrisphere, a Fiber Access start-up, which was later acquired by Ericsson. While at Ericsson and Entrisphere, Ashit has gained tremendous knowledge in architecting Broadband Access product from ground zero, building customer traction as well as acquiring and retaining Tier 1 customers such as AT&T, China Telecom, Vodafone to name a few. Ashit was recruited as top 5% among candidates at Infosys, India’s leading Software services company, to begin his career in Telecom Software.
Ashit holds B.S. in Electronics and Communications engineering and have completed an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, with "Summa Cum Laude" honors. In his free time, Ashit also engages in Community services by organizing Yoga/Meditation workshops and envisions this world to become a “Stress-free Violence-free community”.
