Ash is the Founder/CEO at Tablo. He's a 22 year old bestselling author who once struggled to publish his book online.
Ash's writing journey began with PhotoGuides, an online photography community where photographer could discover guides, tips and inspirational ideas for their work. Ashley would pick a topic, explore it and write
about his learnings online. The blog reached over 3 million photographers and was ultimately published as a complete beginner's guide, in paperback and eBook.
After a frustrating publishing experience with the PhotoGuides eBook, Ashley sought to create a better publishing tool for authors. Tablo was born in 2013 as a 'WordPress for books' style tool. With the introduction of social tools, the company quickly gained traction and, in 2014, gained the support of Australian and US investors.
Today, Ashley acts as CEO of Tablo and focuses on the company's product line and design. His goal is to redefine the traditional publishing model by helping authors connect with readers while they write.
