Austin Jesse Wang joined the Group in 2006 and he became a director of the Company and Senior Vice President Industry Products Group (IPG) in 2009 and 2019 respectively. He also serves on the board of directors of various subsidiaries of the Company. In 2024, Mr. Wang was appointed Executive Vice President, spearheading the group’s digitalization
and driving sustainability efforts across the company in addition to his leadership in IPG, Powder Metal Unit and China government relations. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. Mr. Wang is the son of the Chairman and Chief Executive, Dr. Patrick Shui-Chung Wang.
