Bala brings in over 26 years of experience in the contact center domain, with a deep knowledge of telecom and IT industries. He is a thought leader, having been associated with numerous large enterprises, right from the conceptualization and design of the Customer Experience Management strategy. Since he co-founded Servion in 1995, he has been an
instrumental force in its growth from being a one channel player to becoming a leading customer specialist. He helped Servion set-up operations and work with partners across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the US and served as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer prior to taking over his current role. During the first decade of his career, Bala wore many managerial hats in Senior Product Management and Sales positions. He worked for large Indian companies such as TVS Electronics and Max India, taking quantum leaps to improve their account and channel management programs. Bala holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication from National Institute of Technology at Surathkal, India.
