Barbara Gaffney has over 25 years of executive leadership and management experience in a variety of areas in rapidly changing, global, high tech environments. Ms. Gaffney was a founding member of Sequent Computer Systems where she held various roles as the company evolved from the start-up phase to a profitable, global, publicly traded company over
a period of 16 years.
Ms. Gaffney has extensive experience in planning and leading Cross Functional teams in areas such as Strategic Planning, Goal Setting and Alignment, Breakthrough Problem Solving and Implementation programs, Acquisitions and Divestitures, Strategic Alliances and Partnerships. She is a former Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
She is served on numerous Non Profit boards in the Portland area. Ms. Gaffney is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and International Relations.
