He is a founding partner of VC fund Acrobator Ventures ($30mn, vintage 2021, ranking top 5% globally by MOIC). Through Accumulator Fund, where he serves as GP/LP, he participates in 25+ unicorns, including decacorns Deel, Perplexity and Discord. With 25 years of experience as CMO and operator at international tech companies, he supports tech entrepreneurs from Eastern Europe, CIS, and the Baltics with capital, network and hands-on growth expertise. He co-founded the charitable Netherlands for Ukraine Foundation, supporting the Ukrainian medical sector and arranging treatment for wounded Ukrainians in the Netherlands.
