BENSFRIENDS PATIENT COMMUNITIES (501c3) In 2007, after I survived a near-fatal brain hemorrhage, my friend Scott Orn and I started BensFriends.org, a healthcare non-profit that provides patient-to-patient support communities for people with by rare diseases.
