Benjamin (Benji) B. Cohen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of T-REX. Benjamin founded T-REX in 2012 to drive sustainability and liquidity across complex markets. During the 2008 financial crisis, Benjamin was part of Macquarie Bank’s Energy Market Division and spearheaded numerous sustainable infrastructure projects. He saw tremendous
opportunity for technology solutions supporting the often overlooked and riskier markets and founded T-REX. Today, T-REX fills a critical technology gap for asset-backed finance and private credit, equipping professionals with data management, analytics, reporting, and collaboration solutions designed to deliver unprecedented transparency, efficiency, and insight to complex finance.
Benjamin holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and is committed to building a company with a broad impact on long-term financial sustainability.
