Bill Funcannon joined OVP Venture Partners in 1989, first as Controller and then as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. In this role he reviews all financing documents, negotiates term sheets, structures deals and assists in the due diligence process. Bill is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day administrative activities and all its
financial and reporting functions.
Bill also sits on the Boards of RedSeal and EnerG2. He was previously a Board Membor for LeMond Fitness (sold) and Avenda (sold to Aruba).
Prior to joining OVP, Bill spent eight years as Venture Fund Controller at Hambrecht & Quist, where he managed over $700 million in assets.
Prior to H&Q Bill was a Registered Representative with the brokerage firm of CD Anderson & Co.
