Mr. Herp founded Air-Dialog LLC d/b/a Linear Air in 2004, an operator of Eclipse very light jets, a new aircraft design delivered in the mid-2000s that is widely regarded as the most economical jet charter aircraft on the market.
Previously, Mr. Herp founded the leading digital marketing technology and services provider, e-Dialog, a
venture-backed company that utilized emergent market strategy processes to create new market disruption by introducing email and internet direct marketing into the world of database and direct marketing in the 1990s and early 2000s. e-Dialog was acquired for $157 million by GSI Commerce in 2008, and is now part of eBay.
Mr. Herp is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
