Bill is Chairman of the Board, Co-Founder and CEO of mTrade, positions he also held at FNC. Prior to FNC, Bill was a finance professor at the University of Mississippi. Bill holds a Ph.D. in finance from the University of Memphis and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Innovate Mississippi, the
public/private partnership established by the Mississippi legislature to assist entrepreneurial endeavors in Mississippi. Active in community affairs, Bill has led fund-raising for several charitable organizations and continues to be heavily involved in community activities.
