Bill leads Brighton Health Group. He has over 25 years of experience as both an operator and investor in the healthcare services and HCIT sectors. Bill is a board member and investor in Vitals, which empowers over 14 million healthcare consumers each month with information to help them make informed healthcare decisions; Access Clinical Partners,
which develops and operates urgent care centers and Maxwell Health, a human resource platform that manages benefits and promotes employee health. Bill also sits on the board of HUB International, a leading North American insurance brokerage that provides a variety of property and casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management solutions. Prior to BHG, Bill was a partner in the healthcare group at Apax Partners from 2007-2012. While at Apax, Bill led the $1.4B acquisition of TriZetto Group, the leading provider of technology solutions to payors. Bill sat on the boards of Marken Ltd. (pharma services), Spectrum Laboratories (clinical lab), Qualitest (generic pharmaceutical mfg.) and Magnacare Holdings. Bill was a member of the founding management team of Oxford Health Plans (1987 to 2000), his last four as President of the company. While Bill worked at Oxford the company grew to over $5B in revenue. Bill received a BS in Finance and Banking from Suffolk University in Boston.
