For over 30 years, Bill has helmed finance for some of the most influential technology companies, ranging from high-growth startups to public companies in excess of $1 billion in revenue. Prior to Luminar, Bill was the CFO of Fitbit where he led the largest consumer electronics IPO in history and scaled the company globally. During his tenure,
revenue grew from $300M to over $2 Billion, with sales in 86 countries and a retail footprint across 47,000 stores. Moreover, Bill has extensive operational experience scaling high-volume hardware and software products at a global scale and will leverage his prior experience with high-volume companies in the optical networking industry such as Infinera where he was previously the CFO.
