Blake is the Co-Founder and current CEO of Tawkers, a social conversation platform.
Blake began his work in tech with Apple as a member of the Apple Consultants Network, later starting a consulting company in New York specializing in Mac-based businesses in the entertainment and PR industries. In 2007, Blake assisted in the launch of a large
New York and LA-based public relations firm, providing the planning and hands-on execution of all things technology. He later became CTO of the company, and from there conceived and co-founded an interactive subsidiary for the firm that focused on all the social media needs of its clients, including community management, app & web development, SEO/SEM and overall strategy.
In 2011 Blake Co-founded Tawkers, a social conversation platform wherein two people lead a text dialogue in front of an online audience of readers.
Outside of Tech Blake also has a career as a singer, songwriter and music producer. He founded and currently owns 27 Productions, a New York based Independent Music Production Company specializing in the digital release and promotion of works by singer-songwriters.
Blake is a graduate of Purchase College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music Production and Composition.
