He has become an influential member of the education industry, with close affiliations to Internet2, InCommon, EDUCAUSE, and CoSN and participates as a speaker and contributor to many events and committees.
Bob holds a BS in Mathematical Sciences from Oregon State University, and has completed the Executive Finance Program at Stanford University. He is a private pilot, avid golfer, and has extensive international experience traveling over 3 million air miles during his professional career. Bob is on multiple boards and is particularly proud of his relationship with the Spinal Cord Injury Recovery Project in Denver.
