Bowie is the co-founder and CEO of Pepper, where he's partnering with restaurant wholesalers across the country to build a more transparent, technology powered food supply chain.
Before co-founding Pepper in 2019, Bowie was the first General Manager for Uber Eats and Director of US & Canada Operations at Uber Technologies, and prior to
that a management consultant at Bain & Company.
He holds degrees in engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business.
