Getting his start in technology at an early age, Brent's first experience with computers was the Apple IIc his parents brought home. He spent much of his teens writing HTML and tinkering with music software in the pursuit of audio innovation. Brent attended DePaul University in Chicago, IL, where he studied music and business administration.
Realizing the technology needs of the music community were not being met, Brent started his first business as a college student. By combining two of his passions, his company serviced the online marketing and branding needs of independent musicians. Shortly after, he created Sanders New Media with a revised business model. Eight years later, Brent has led numerous successful projects professionally and achieved a personal triumph when he performed on stage with Huey Lewis.
