Brian Burke, President, oversees the management of seven active funds for the acquisition of residential assets at a significant discount to market value. Short term or long term strategies are implemented depending on the specific goals of each fund.
Over the course of his real estate investment career, he has created several very successful
real estate limited partnerships which have consistently delivered attractive returns to his investors. Investments range from single family homes to large multifamily apartment complexes located in California, Texas, Florida and New York. To date, he has purchased over 700 properties with a combined value in excess of $200 million.
Burke has been a frequent speaker at real estate forums and conferences; including the Opal Family Office & Private Wealth Management Forum, the Keiretsu Real Estate Forum and the Institute for Private Investors.
