Brian is a Managing Director in Vestar's Financial Services group. He came to the firm in 2001 from TCW/Crescent Mezzanine, a lender to private equity firms, where he was an Associate. Prior to that, Brian was a member of the Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley & Co. Brian holds an MBA, with honors, from the Wharton School
of the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his BA, summa cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College, where he was elected a member of the academic honor society Phi Beta Kappa. He also received a Fulbright Scholarship, which he used to study at the National University of Singapore. Brian is originally from Highland, Maryland, and currently lives with his wife and three children in Bronxville, New York.
