Britt Ide is a board member of NorthWestern Energy, a Nasdaq-listed natural gas and electric utility, serving on the compensation and the nominations and governance committees. As CEO of Ide Energy & Strategy, she consults on energy, sustainability, climate change, and ESG, independently and through Plan C Advisors, who advise boards on climate and ESG planning. Ide was appointed by the US Secretary of Energy as a Women in Clean Energy Advisory Board member with Stanford and MIT. Ide holds a Harvard Certificate in Mediation and is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow.
