Britton H. Murdoch is the Founder and Managing Director of Strattech Partners, LLC based in Devon, PA – a business consulting and venture capital firm formed in 2000. In addition, he is on the Board of Directors and the Lead Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Bryn Mawr Trust Company (NASD: BMTC). He is also on the Board of
Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Fiberlink, Inc. In the non-profit area, Mr. Murdoch is a Trustee as well as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Thomas Jefferson University and Trustee of the EMF Foundation.
Mr. Murdoch was the Principal and CEO of BMW/MINI of the Main Line since 2006. The businesses are based in Bala Cynwyd, PA with combined revenue of $120 Million. The business was successfully sold to EuroMotorcars in December, 2012.
From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Murdoch was Acting CFO at Fiberlink and V-Span (venture backed, communications and Internet security companies). Sales for both companies doubled each year during that time and they were able to attract strategic investors such as Comcast, Goldman Sachs and GE Capital.
