Mr. Bruce D. Miller has been a director since July 2005. He has served as General Partner of Delphi Partners, Ltd. a closely held investment partnership, since 1989. Mr. Miller is a long-standing member of the board of Cape Air/Nantucket Airlines and was recently named a Trustee of the Cape Cod Five Cent Savings Bank. He has been involved with
numerous non-profits in his home town of Nantucket, Massachusetts. Mr. Miller received both a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University.
