Mr. Polster is the Managing Partner of Frank, Rimerman & Co. LLP and its subsidiaries Frank, Rimerman Consulting LLC, Frank, Rimerman Advisors LLC and MKF Research LLC.
He has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant since 1978, having received both his MBA and BS degrees in the School of Business Honors Program at Indiana University.
Mr. Polster has served and continues to serve on several committees of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Board of Directors and several Task Forces.
Mr. Polster also serves on the Boards of CAMICO and Baker Tilly USA, and is a Trustee of the Sobrato Family Foundation. He is a business advisor to a number of private operating and investment companies.
