Carl Buccellato has served on the Board since December 1997. Since March 2012, Carl has been a private investor. From May 2008 to February 2012, Carl served as chief executive officer and a director of SavingStreet, LLC, an e-commerce company.
From 1996 to May 2008, Carl was a private investor and, from June 2000 to May 2002, he served as a
consultant to Ultrastrip Technologies, currently known as Echosphere Technologies, an engineering, technology development and manufacturing company. Carl was a co-founder of Homeowners Group, Inc., a real estate services company, and served as its president and chief executive officer from 1982 to 1996.
Carl has also served on a variety of industry boards, including the President’s Advisory Council on Real Estate and the Real Estate Buyers Council.
The Board has concluded that Carl should serve on the Board and should chair the compensation committee based on his experience in founding and managing a large, nationwide real estate services company, and his extensive background in advising and serving as a director of many high growth companies.
