An ocular surgeon, Dr. Rosen is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist specializing in orbital diseases. He is Alaska's only orbital and oculoplastic surgeon, and neuro-ophthalmologist specialist. Dr. Rosen has published numerous articles in major medical journals and received an award for research on Graves' Orbitopathy.
Dr. Rosen was recently inducted into the highly-respected American Society for Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and served as president of the Alaska Ophthalmology Society and the Alaska State Medical Association.
