Caroline Klatt is the Co-founder and COO of Flowcarbon. Previously, she was the Co-Chief Innovation Officer for ForwardPMX, where she spearheaded the agency’s voice and chat practice. She is also the Co-founder and former CEO of Headliner Labs, a leading artificial intelligence-powered chatbot and voice platform that was acquired by ForwardPMX.
Caroline plays a vital role in leading strategic discussions with clients about the innovative marketing and customer service activations that can be achieved through conversational commerce. She was named to the Forbes 30 under 30 list for retail and e-commerce and is a regular columnist and speaker on the topics of digital sales, mobile marketing, and machine learning, including keynote addresses at Ad Age Next, Adweek, Fairfield Live WWD Digital Forum, SXSW, Shoptalk, and Harvard Business School’s annual Retail and Luxury Goods Conference. Caroline honed her expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce at leading retailers, including Fab.com, Ralph Lauren, and Collective Brands, and as a Management Consultant for Fortune 500 companies at McKinsey & Co. in New York. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
