Carolyn Kerouac has been President of mHVU, a Telemedicine consulting company, for the last 3 years. Among her clients are the AAAH project with Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, a Telemedicine start up in California, Amerigroup, Optum, Yale School of Nursing, GenoMind, iVisit, Gentag, Genesis HCC and Mindcare Solutions. Mrs. Kerouac was responsible for
client interaction between clinical staff and patients, training, implementation and client feedback. She was a pioneer in working with Yale School of Nursing on using iPhones as an extender of nurse case management to the home. She has a passion for outcome based care and has worked with Emblematics Corporation as the Company Liaison for the independent evaluation of financial and clinical outcomes from CMS for Medicare patients treated by Telemedicine in the home. She knows the needs and implementation requirements for Genesis facilities from work with Genesis IT in the Phase 1 After Hours project and assisted with training in the Mindcare implementation.
