Babak started his career as a technical recruiter and later branched out to all functional areas of HR when he got his first taste of start-ups. Babak held multiple HR leadership positions at various software and technology companies, including Phoenix Technologies (acquired by private equity
firm in 2010), MySQL (acquired by Sun Microsystems for $1B in 2008), Taleo Corporation (successful IPO in 2005), Zambeel and QRS Corporation (now Inovis).
Babak’s mission in life is to help people live to their potential every day and at work. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from UC Davis.
