Charles Anselm is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of OSYTE. Prior to Osyte, Charles worked with pension funds, endowments, foundations, and financial institutions globally for 15 years as an investment strategist, portfolio manager, and outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO). He has designed, implemented, and managed investment
solutions for billions in institutional client assets at Russell Investments and Verus Investments. Charles began his career as a technologist and engineer in the telecommunications industry.
Charles holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business.
