Mr. Goff holds a degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
He began his career with in accounting with Arthur Andersen where he participated in a wide range of consulting engagements. He later founded Forward Enterprises, Inc., a distributor of industrial
piping products to the pulp and paper industry.
He expanded that business to five locations in three states and $30 million in revenue prior to selling it to Ferguson Enterprises where he became the General Manager of their Northeast Wisconsin Division.
Mr. Goff became president of the New Capital Management in 2006 and has acted as the General Partner of The New Capital Fund. He serves on the board of several of the companies in which New Capital has invested.
