Charles Howerton founded the Company, and currently serves as Founder, Vice Chairman, Chief Innovation Officer and a member of our Board of Directors and is responsible for our product development efforts and RTT research and development function. Prior to RTT, Mr. Howerton managed the largest snow removal business in the Twin Cities area, a
multi-million dollar operation managing over 50 contractors. Chuck was previously the owner/operator of C&C Seamless and Cricket Master, Inc., which manufactured and installed seamless gutters in the commercial industry. That work with LEP subcontractors led to the creation of ELSA®.
