Mr. Moore is currently a Co-Founder of DinnerTime, Inc. and serves as its COO and as a member of its Board of Directors.
Previously, he was Chairman and Managing Director of Nobska Ventures. For the past 25 years, Mr. Moore has financed and managed growth companies as an entrepreneur, investment banker, consultant, and executive.
An honors
graduate in Government and Urban Studies at Dartmouth College, Mr. Moore earned his MBA with honors from Boston College. His early investment experience was with Alex. Brown & Sons and Tanner Capital .He then served in senior general management roles at two healthcare and software technology companies and led acquisition efforts of a retail and distribution firm, co-founding a national retail cooperative.
In 1998, he co-founded strategy consulting/investment banking firm, Nobska Group, with Laura Moore and Michael Ward. In addition to consulting with Fortune 100, middle market, and early stage companies, Mr. Moore has led Nobska Group's team in assignment involving more than $200mm in financing, as well as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business sales, management buy-outs, and strategic partnering.
Mr. Moore has served on the Board of Directors of Nobska Ventures’ portfolio companies, ClassifEye, Ltd (Jerusalem, Israel) and Network Security Consulting, Inc (Columbia, MD) and previously was a Director of Nobska Group’s portfolio companies, getintegrated.com, Inc (Baltimore, MD) and Koolspan, Inc (Bethesda, MD).
