Queenan is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Forkhead Bio. He is an experienced entrepreneur with over 20 years of work in the field of early stage commercialization of life science companies, with a specific focus on metabolic disease, and diabetes in particular.
Queenan is Founder and Managing Director at Strategic Resolve, LLC. Prior to
Forkhead Bio, Queenan was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Puretech Health, Partner and Director of T1D Innovations, and Senior Vice President, New Ventures at JDRF.
Previously, he was EVP and Chief Business Officer at Amaranth Bio, an early stage regenerative medicine company, and Senior Vice President at PHB/Hagler-Bailly, a management consulting firm.
He holds an AB in Chemistry, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and BE and ME in chemical engineering from Dartmouth College, and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University. His daughter, Jenna, was diagnosed with Type I diabetes when she was 3 years old.
